Candidates should possess a strong background or relevant experience in technical customer support and ideally have worked in customer-facing roles. A passion for helping others and an interest in technology and the latest technology trends are also required.

Candidates should possess at least 3 years of experience in backend software engineering, with a strong focus on NodeJS and Typescript. Familiarity with AWS services such as EC2, ECS, MySQL, Redis, and S3 is required, along with experience using CI/CD tools like Sonarqube, Gitlab, Terraform, and Ansible. Knowledge of logging and monitoring systems like ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) is also beneficial.
