- Minimaal niveau 2 Zorg en Welzijn (zelfstandig kunnen werken)
- Enthousiast en gemotiveerd om in weekenden en op feestdagen bij te dragen aan de zorg
- Flexibel, nieuwsgierig en bereid om op verschillende locaties en afdelingen te werken
- Rijbewijs B (een pre, voor gebruik van dienstauto)

Responsibilities
- Werken van 7.30 – 13.00 uur in weekenden en op feestdagen
- Starten vanuit Wiedenhof met dienstauto en inzet op verschillende intramurale locaties/afdelingen (LB/NAH, PG, Somatiek, Kleinschalig wonen)
- Ondersteuning bieden aan cliënten in diverse zorgvormen en doelgroepen

What is the salary and compensation for this position?
Salary is according to CAO VVT, based on education and work experience, with irregularity allowances of 22% to 60% on top of the hourly wage.
Is this a remote or on-site position, and what are the work hours?
This is an on-site part-time role in the Haaksbergen/Berkelland cluster, with shifts from 7:30 to 13:00 on weekends and holidays, starting from Wiedenhof using a company car to visit various locations.
What skills or qualifications are required for this role?
Candidates need to work independently from at least level 2 Zorg en Welzijn, be flexible and curious, with a B driving license preferred. Care students, returners, parents, or experienced professionals are welcome.
