Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in product ownership, preferably within a technology or workplace environment, and a strong understanding of workplace technology solutions. Experience with Microsoft Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, and related productivity tools is highly desirable.
As a Workplace Technology Product Owner, you will identify, design, and implement modern solutions and processes to improve user experience with Blackstone’s messaging and compliance products, including Exchange Online and Email Clients. You will drive strategy and manage implementation of global initiatives, such as enterprise-wide deployments and architecture modernization, while collaborating with engineering, architectural resources, and legal/compliance teams to ensure compliance requirements are met. Additionally, you will represent Blackstone’s business and technical needs through vendor relationship management and act as a technical subject matter specialist to partnering teams, translating stakeholder needs to engineering and building a strategic roadmap for a world-class offering across various productivity tools.
