Requirements

Candidates must possess 3+ years of HRIS experience with Workday, including day-to-day and implementation experience, and hold Workday Pro certification for Workday HCM and Advanced Compensation for Global organizations. Experience and certification in Benefits, HCM, and Reporting are considered a plus. A strong understanding of HR, Payroll, and Finance business processes is required, along with experience managing HR data for accuracy and compliance. Participation in a full Workday implementation, with experience leading projects or other HR Tech implementations, is preferred. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Workday Pro Consultant - Compensation will provide expertise and guidance in the implementation of Workday’s Advanced Compensation and Core HR modules, including integration support. They will configure compensation eligibility, rules, guidelines, and plans across 25+ countries, ensuring the accuracy of compensation data, including merit and incentive calculations, approval processes for awards, and payment records. This role involves supporting both annual and off-cycle compensation processes, collaborating with the HR team to continuously enhance the user experience for HR transactions and approval workflows, defining requirements, implementing, and managing core HR systems, developing and delivering training, user guides, and change management communications, assisting with compensation reporting and annual audits, and performing any additional tasks required by the manager.
