Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Workday Payroll implementation experience is preferred, with 2+ years of Workday functional implementation experience highly desired. A background of 2-5 years in Human Resources, Payroll, or Financial software, and 2-5 years implementing functional solutions with ERP or SaaS software are also highly desired. Experience in gathering business requirements, designing, prototyping, testing, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines is essential. Minimal travel is required, with a willingness to travel on-site if needed.

Responsibilities

The Workday Payroll Implementation Consultant will bridge the gap between business and technical teams by solving complex Workday intersystem problems and guiding clients through Workday implementation phases. They will become a Workday Payroll product expert, recommending solutions based on client requirements and best practices. Responsibilities include guiding customers through design sessions, configuring solutions, and supporting clients throughout the project lifecycle. The consultant will also perform multiple tasks under limited direction, keep stakeholders informed of project progress, and work with the integration team to configure and test integrations with payroll and benefits providers.
