Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a strong preference for Workday Payroll implementation experience. At least 2 years of Workday functional implementation experience is highly desired, along with 2-5 years of experience in Human Resources, Payroll, or Financial software. Experience gathering business requirements, designing, prototyping, testing, and implementing functional solutions with ERP or SaaS software under multiple deadlines is also highly desired. Minimal travel is required, but willingness to travel on-site is necessary.

Responsibilities

The Workday Payroll Implementation Consultant will bridge the gap between business and technical teams by solving complex Workday intersystem problems and guiding clients through Workday implementation phases. Responsibilities include becoming a Workday Payroll product expert, recommending solutions based on client requirements, and guiding customers through design sessions and configuration decisions. The consultant will support clients throughout the project, ensuring a smooth transfer from legacy systems, performing multiple tasks under limited direction, and keeping stakeholders informed of project progress. Additionally, they will work with the integration team to configure and test integrations between Workday and client payroll and benefits providers.
