Requirements

Candidates should possess 3-7 years of Workday (or other ERP) Consulting implementation experience, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and proven experience leading a virtual team for 3+ years. They must be fast learners, detail-oriented, decisive, and enjoy fast-paced work environments, and be able to work well within and across teams to get things accomplished.

Responsibilities

The Workday Integrations, Senior Manager, Consulting Services will assist the sales team with sales activities such as orals, estimations, and Statements of Work (SOW’s), work closely with Engagement Managers, Project Managers, Managing Consultants, and leads, and act as a liaison between the Consulting team and executive management. This role involves team leadership, including recruitment, development, and management of a diverse, remote team of consultants, promoting a team-oriented environment, and driving team and individual performance. The position also encompasses people development through mentorship and coaching, performance management including goal setting and feedback collection, and ensuring consultants adhere to Workday and the Cynergy Implementation Methodology.
