Requirements

Candidates must possess an active Workday Integration Certification and demonstrated proficiency in web service technologies such as REST, JSON, SOAP, HTTP, SSL, PGP, SAML. Practical experience of 3-5 years in Workday implementation projects is required, along with strong consulting, presentation, analytical, and organizational skills. Experience with integration tools like WD APIs, EIB, Connectors, Document Transformation, Workday Studio, and Workday Cloud Connect for Third Party Payroll (CCTPP) is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Workday Integrations Principal Consultant will work with business and technical teams to solve complex inter-system problems, supporting implementation projects and Application Managed Services (AMS) enhancements. Key duties include confirming requirements, evaluating design alternatives, facilitating client workshops, designing, developing, testing, and deploying integrations, and transferring knowledge to clients. The role also involves tracking issues, communicating status, and reviewing solution architectures to ensure adherence to client requirements for integration processes.
