  • About the Role: The Integration Manager provides leadership and expert advice to management and to the members of his/her team. You will work closely with other teams to identify business and project needs, assist with staffing assignments, and ensure work/life balance of our consultants are monitored and adjusted appropriately. The Manager typically reports to a Senior Manager level position within the Delivery organization.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or IT-Engineering related field.
  • Workday Experience: 5 years’ experience with Workday.
  • Workday Certification: Must have active Workday Certification – Integration Core.
  • Preferred Certifications: Workday Studio, CCTPP, CCB, Financials.
  • Skills:
    • Good understanding of Workday functional areas such as HCM, Financials.
    • SME of at least 1 Workday Module.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
    • Ability to identify and analyze areas of risk and develops plans to minimize.
    • Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
    • Ability to work in diverse, fast paced environment and effectively collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

  • Client Support: Manages all aspects of client support including workforce management, service level management, and client relationship management.
  • Project Management: Works directly with clients and spearheads team project planning, requirements gathering, design, testing, deployment, and maintenance of the Workday ecosystem.
  • Team Oversight: Oversees team workload and serves as an escalation path for urgent or high priority issues and major requests.
  • Resource Coordination: Resource coordination and allocation for team members prioritizing tasks/CRs within the team.
  • Forecasting & Utilization: Oversees team forecasting and utilization.
  • Coordination: Coordinate with onshore counterparts for status, timelines, and resourcing requirements for ongoing and upcoming projects for the integrations team.
  • Deliverable Review: Reviews and improves deliverables produced by others to enhance methodology.
  • Methodology Reinforcement: Ensures that others on the projects are utilizing the established methodology.
  • Initiative Leadership: Leads initiatives that will help the company specially in Integrations Project Delivery.
  • Policy Enforcement: Reinforces company policies and procedures to others.
