Workday Integration Specialist

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or an IT-Engineering related field, and require at least 5 years of experience with Workday. Active Workday Certification – Integration Core, along with additional certifications such as Workday Studio, CCTPP, CCB, and Financials, are required. A strong understanding of Workday functional areas, including HCM and Financials, is also necessary.
The Workday Integrations Manager will provide leadership and expert advice, manage all aspects of client support including workforce management and service level management, and work closely with clients to spearhead team project planning, requirements gathering, design, testing, deployment, and maintenance of the Workday ecosystem. They will oversee team workload, serve as an escalation path, coordinate with onshore counterparts, review and improve deliverables, lead initiatives for project delivery, and ensure others utilize established methodologies. Additionally, the role involves reinforcing company policies and procedures and managing multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
