Senior Workday Integrations Analyst

Candidates must possess an active Workday Integration Certification and demonstrated proficiency in web service technologies including REST, JSON, SOAP, HTTP, SSL, PGP, SAML, and related services. A minimum of 3-5 years of practical experience in Workday implementation projects is required, along with strong consulting, presentation, detail orientation, organization, and analytical skills. Experience with integration tools such as WD APIs, EIB, Connectors, Document Transformation, Workday Studio, and Workday Cloud Connect for Third Party Payroll (CCTPP) certification is preferred.
The Workday Integration Consultant will work with business and technical teams to solve complex inter-system problems, providing support for implementation projects, Continuous Value Services, and Application Managed Services enhancements. Key responsibilities include confirming requirements with stakeholders, evaluating technical impacts of configuration decisions, creating detailed system interface specifications, designing, developing, testing, and deploying integrations, and facilitating knowledge transfer to clients. The consultant will also track issues, communicate status, and review solution architectures to ensure adherence to client requirements for integration processes.
