Requirements

Candidates must possess an active Workday Integration Certification and demonstrated proficiency in web service technologies such as REST, JSON, SOAP, HTTP, SSL, PGP, SAML. A minimum of 3-5 years of project experience in Workday implementations is required, along with strong consulting, presentation, detail orientation, organization, and analytical skills. Experience with integration tools like WD APIs, EIB, Connectors, Document Transformation, Workday Studio, and Workday Cloud Connect for Third Party Payroll (CCTPP) certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Workday Integrations Consultant will work with business and technical teams to solve complex inter-system problems, providing support for implementation projects, Continuous Value Services, and Application Managed Services enhancements. Key responsibilities include confirming requirements, evaluating technical impacts of configuration decisions, creating detailed system interface specifications, and facilitating design workshops. The role involves designing, developing, testing, and deploying integrations, as well as facilitating knowledge transfer and educating clients on interface development and operation.
