Requirements

Candidates should have at least 2 years of demonstrated experience with web service technologies such as REST, JSON, SOAP, HTTP, SSL, PGP, SAML, and others. Project experience is highly desired, and certifications in Workday Integration, Workday StudioTM, and Workday CCTPPTM are preferred. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or another engineering discipline is preferred, along with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

The Workday Integrations Consultant will bridge the gap between business and technical teams by solving complex Workday intersystem problems and guiding clients through Workday implementation phases. Key responsibilities include tracking issues, communicating status, escalating concerns, facilitating design sessions, supporting clients through system transitions, performing multiple tasks with limited direction, and keeping stakeholders informed. The consultant will also take leadership positions, demonstrate hands-on software expertise including data loading and configuration, convert and map data sources, mentor fellow consultants, and participate in training and knowledge sharing.
