Position Overview

Cognizant Workday Practice is expanding its Global Delivery Center in Manila. We are seeking experienced Workday professionals to join our dynamic HR transformation consulting practice. The Global Delivery Center (GDC) supports Workday implementation projects and Application Managed Services (AMS) enhancements across various regions, delivering Workday solutions that meet customer needs on time and in accordance with company methodology.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise on Workday best practices.
• Conduct sessions with customers to analyze business requirements and provide solutions to complex business problems.
• Manage account communication with key customer users.
• Coordinate operations meetings, requests, and priorities, ensuring Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.
• Develop into a Workday expert with deep knowledge of core functionality and future product direction.
• Mentor other consultants and actively share product knowledge to foster practice growth.

Skills and Requirements

• Experience: 3 years of experience with Workday.
• Certification: Must have an active Workday Integration Certification. Supplemental Workday Integration Certification is an advantage (e.g., Studio, CCTPP, Integration Payroll, Integration Benefits).
• Consulting Skills: Strong consulting and presentation skills with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in using analytics and reporting tools.
• Education: Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Computer/Telecommunication Engineering, or equivalent.
