Candidates must possess at least 3 years of experience with Workday, hold an active Workday Integration Certification, and ideally have supplemental certifications such as Studio, CCTPP, Integration Payroll, or Integration Benefits. A Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer/Telecommunication Engineering, or an equivalent field is required, along with strong consulting, presentation, and analytical skills, and proficiency in analytics and reporting tools.
The Workday Integrations Analyst Consultant will provide subject matter expertise on Workday best practices, conduct sessions with customers to analyze business requirements and propose solutions for complex business problems, and manage account communication with key customer users. Responsibilities also include coordinating operations meetings, requests, priorities, and SLAs, becoming a Workday expert with deep knowledge of core functionality and future product direction, and mentoring other consultants while actively sharing product knowledge to foster practice growth.
