Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent
  • 4+ years of Workday Finance and Procurement or any other planning tool implementation experience, required
  • 10+ years of experience in ERP consulting area
  • Cloud ERP experience (advantage)
  • Workday Adaptive Financials experience (highly desirable)
  • Experience in working with another financial ERP system such as SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle ERP Cloud, or any other tool
  • Background in financial or supply chain roles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven experience and track record in the design and development of solutions
  • Experience gathering business requirements, designing, prototyping, testing, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Be a Workday Finance expert with knowledge of design, configuration, testing, and implementation
  • Reinforce company policies and procedures to others
  • Drive and make decisions regarding tactical direction of project workstreams
  • Identify dependencies and support interplay between different workstreams within a project
  • Lead, mentor, and oversee the work of other Consultants within their projects
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Core Financials, Procurement, Projects, and Expenses areas
  • Bridge the gap between business and technical teams by solving complex Workday intersystem problems
  • Guide clients through the transformation, implementation, and operation phases of a Workday Finance implementation
