Requirements

Candidates are required to have 2+ years of Workday Financials Functional implementation or post-production support experience, proficiency with business processes including General Ledger, Budgeting, Cash Management, Grant Management, Chart of Accounts Re-design, Procure-to-Pay, Purchase Order Conversions, Expense Management, Fixed Asset Management, and Order-to-Cash, and at least 1 Workday Financials Core Certification (Record to Report, Procure to Pay, or Contracts to Cash), as well as Advanced/Composite Reporting and Workday Strategic Sourcing certifications being preferred, along with experience supporting enterprise class financial management solutions.

Responsibilities

The Workday Financials Principal Consultant will execute day-to-day activities of Workday Financials post-production client support, provide subject matter expertise on Workday best practices, conduct sessions with customers to analyze business requirements and provide solutions to complex business problems, identify strategies, risks, and options for recommending approaches towards meeting requirements, mentor other consultants by actively sharing product knowledge, support business development activities, work closely with engagement managers and team members to identify project needs and develop solutions and strategies, and drive the practice to achieve high customer satisfaction level.
