Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, along with current Workday Financials Certification with multiple domains, and Foundation Data Model (FDM) Certification, which is desired. They should have at least 9+ years of Workday Financials implementation or AMS experience, and experience handling multiple AMS engagements simultaneously.

Responsibilities

The Workday Financials Functional Architect will serve as the “go-to” leader, providing expert guidance and delivery for Financials engagements, resolving client requirements through tailored Workday financial solutions, overseeing all functional areas on assigned AMS engagements, partnering with customers to build roadmaps aligning with their needs and industry trends, designing and delivering future-ready Workday solutions, mentoring junior resources, serving as an advocate and escalation point, ensuring cohesive project communications, assisting engagement/project managers and team members, tracking team performance, and participating in Sales Orals meetings. They will also assist with estimating projects, reviewing change orders, participating in discussions regarding functional areas, and maintaining Workday certifications.
