Requirements

  • 6+ years of Workday experience
  • Preferred Extend expertise
  • 2+ years of experience with Workday Extend development
  • 4+ years of experience with Data migration or Integration development or Report building or Software Development
  • Extensive knowledge of web service technologies (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML) and authentication and authorization methods (OAuth, JWT, WS-Security, SAML, X.509, etc.)
  • 4+ years of experience with technical consulting

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy Workday Extend applications
  • Work directly with customers to understand business challenges and requirements
  • Craft and develop innovative solutions using the Workday Extend platform
  • Build and review technical designs, ensuring they are consistent, maintainable, flexible, and efficient
  • Explain complex concepts in simple terms to customers
  • Lead discovery sessions with customer domain specialists
  • Deliver accurate design documentation
  • Possess curiosity about how things work and enjoy solving puzzles
