- Design, develop, and deploy Workday Extend applications
- Work directly with customers to understand business challenges and requirements
- Craft and develop innovative solutions using the Workday Extend platform
- Build and review technical designs, ensuring they are consistent, maintainable, flexible, and efficient
- Explain complex concepts in simple terms to customers
- Lead discovery sessions with customer domain specialists
- Deliver accurate design documentation
- Possess curiosity about how things work and enjoy solving puzzles
