Requirements

  • Minimum of eight years related work experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience managing technical engineering teams, ideally in endpoint or infrastructure domains
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS (Windows 10/11), hardware platforms, and driver ecosystems
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, SCCM, and modern device management strategies
  • Expertise in BIOS configuration, firmware updates, and hardware compatibility
  • Proficiency in automation tools and scripting (PowerShell, Terraform)
  • Familiarity with enterprise security standards and compliance frameworks
  • Knowledge of endpoint analytics and telemetry tools
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of engineers, including hiring, performance management, and training
  • Oversee resolution of complex platform issues and escalations
  • Manage technical support operations for implementation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and installation across systems
  • Define and implement departmental policies, SOPs, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure timely hardware/software maintenance and collaborate on platform standards
  • Drive adoption of new technologies for enterprise-wide infrastructure projects
  • Establish technical standards and manage vendor performance
  • Understand client business needs and align technical solutions accordingly
  • Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned
