Minimaal een mbo 4-diploma elektrotechniek of vergelijkbaar niveau
Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als werkvoorbereider of in een vergelijkbare functie
Bij voorkeur kennis van Revit en BIM (training beschikbaar als geen ervaring)

Responsibilities

Onderhoudt contact met leveranciers
Vraagt offertes op en beoordeelt deze
Plant werkzaamheden voor monteurs in
Zorgt dat materiaal altijd op tijd aanwezig is
Toetst of documenten van onderaannemers voldoen aan de contractvorm van het project
Werkt vanuit kantoor en bezoekt regelmatig de bouwlocatie voor overleg met het bouwteam
Werkt met installaties zoals noodaggregaten, technische automatisering en voedingssystemen
Maakt doordachte planningen voor complexe projecten
