Requirements

  • Must meet age requirements by state as determined by the Department of Health or State Regulatory Commission
  • At least one (1) year of customer service, retail, or related experience preferred
  • Cannabis experience a plus
  • Must be flexible regarding work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work well within a team environment
  • Physical Requirements: Stand constantly; Walk frequently; Reach and twist/turn with hands and arms; Climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; Frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds; Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds; Vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to focus
  • Must pass a complete background investigation (state and federal background check)

Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate, friendly, and professional customer service to patients
  • Assist patients and caregivers with cannabis recommendations, including product selection, effects, potency, dosing, methods of consumption, and administration
  • Educate customers on product benefits (e.g., Kind Tree products)
  • Receive new inventory shipments
  • Log sales data into POS and tracking systems
  • Demonstrate strong situational awareness and EQ while working within a diverse team
  • Work on-site in the Thorndale, PA dispensary with night, weekend, and holiday availability
