Requirements

Must meet age requirements by state as determined by the Department of Health or State Regulatory Commission
At least one (1) year of customer service, retail, or related experience preferred
Cannabis experience a plus
Must be flexible regarding work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to work well within a team environment
Physical Requirements: Stand constantly; Walk frequently; Reach and twist/turn with hands and arms; Climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; Frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds; Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds; Vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to focus
Must pass a complete background investigation (state and federal background check)

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, friendly, and professional customer service to patients
Assist patients and caregivers with cannabis recommendations, including product selection, effects, potency, dosing, methods of consumption, and administration
Educate customers on product benefits (e.g., Kind Tree products)
Receive new inventory shipments
Log sales data into POS and tracking systems
Demonstrate strong situational awareness and EQ while working within a diverse team
Work on-site in the Thorndale, PA dispensary with night, weekend, and holiday availability
