Compensation is Fee for Service (W2) with total compensation up to $23,000, including a flat rate plus two bonus opportunities based on completed session volume and licensure.
This is a fully virtual telehealth role with opportunities for remote work during evenings and weekends, but clinicians must be licensed and residing in Delaware.
Candidates must hold an independent Delaware license as LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD), have experience in diagnosing, and be willing to see a minimum of 10 sessions per week.
