Independently Licensed Clinicians - Telehealth (Evenings & Weekends)

Position Overview

Thriveworks is seeking Independently Licensed Clinicians to provide telehealth sessions in the evenings and on weekends within Delaware. Clinicians must be licensed and residing in the state of Delaware to practice.

Compensation

• Type: Fee for Service (W2)
• Range: Up to $23,000 (total compensation)
• Components: Includes a flat rate, plus two bonus opportunities. Ranges are dependent on completed session volume and licensure.

Requirements

• Licensure: Must hold one of the following independent licenses in Delaware:
  • LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker)
  • LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist)
  • LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor)
  • Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)
• Experience: Must have experience in diagnosing.
• Availability: Willing to see a minimum of 10 sessions per week.
• Specialization: Behavioral Health Generalists, open to seeing couples and/or children (support provided).
• Growth Potential: Candidates interested in growing into leadership roles/supervisory positions are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth counseling sessions to clients in Delaware during evenings and weekends.
• Diagnose and treat clients effectively.
• Maintain professional standards and ethical practices.
