Independently Licensed Clinicians - Telehealth (Evenings & Weekends)

Position Overview

Thriveworks is currently seeking Independently Licensed Clinicians to provide telehealth sessions in the evenings and on weekends in Montana. Clinicians must be licensed and residing in the state of Montana.

Compensation

• Type: Fee for Service (W2)
• Range: Up to $27,000
• Components: Includes a Flat Rate and two bonus opportunities. Ranges vary based on completed session volume and licensure.

Requirements

• Licensure: Must hold one of the following independent licenses in Montana:
  • LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker)
  • LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist)
  • LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor)
  • Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)
• Experience: Experience in Diagnosing is required.
• Availability: Willing to see a minimum of 10 sessions per week.
• Clientele: Behavioral Health Generalists open to seeing couples and/or children (support is provided).
• Growth Potential: Candidates looking to grow into leadership roles/supervisory positions are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth sessions to clients in Montana during evenings and weekends.
• Diagnose and treat clients as per professional licensure and scope of practice.
• Potentially work with couples and/or children.
