Position Overview

Thriveworks is seeking Independently Licensed Clinicians to provide telehealth sessions in the evenings and on weekends within Connecticut. Clinicians must be licensed and residing in the state of Connecticut to practice.

Compensation

  • Type: Fee for Service (W2)
  • Range: Up to $23,000
  • Components: Flat Rate, plus two bonus opportunities. Ranges vary based on completed session volume and licensure.

Requirements

  • Licensure: Must hold one of the following independent licenses in Connecticut:
    • LCSW
    • LMFT
    • LPC
    • Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)
  • Experience: Must have experience diagnosing.
  • Availability: Willing to see a minimum of 10 sessions per week.
  • Specialties: Behavioral Health Generalists – open to seeing couples and/or children (support is provided).
  • Aspiration: Candidates looking to grow into leadership roles/supervisory positions are encouraged.

Responsibilities

  • Provide telehealth sessions to clients in Connecticut during evenings and weekends.
  • Diagnose and treat clients.
  • Potentially work with couples and/or children.
