Business Development Director, Wastewater

Candidates should possess strong technical and management experience in evaluating, planning, designing, and constructing wastewater systems, along with familiarity with local and federal regulations. Experience with drinking water, reclaimed water, and stormwater applications is valuable, and engagement with client stakeholders such as operators, superintendents, and public officials is preferred. Familiarity with master planning, treatment, distribution, and collection systems is also desired.
As a Wastewater Project Manager, you will primarily provide project management and engineering support on wastewater projects, leading and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to determine the overall delivery approach. You will also be responsible for managing and executing work on wastewater design, planning, and construction projects, supporting marketing and proposal efforts, and consistently working with mid and senior-level technical staff and leadership across the organization.
