Selectors start at $23.30/hour, plus up to $7/hour additional for productivity, with top selectors making up to 70K annually. There's also a $1500 sign-on bonus and weekly pay.
The current schedule is Sunday - Thursday starting at 5:45pm, with 8+ hour night shifts and an average of 40-45 hours/week. Flexible schedules include 3- or 4-day work weeks, though weekends and holidays may be required at times.
Must be able to read and communicate in English, work in a multi-temperature environment, lift/carry/push/pull 20 to 80+ lbs repetitively, and operate equipment like electric pallet jacks. Preferred: recent high endurance physical activity experience and warehouse order selecting experience.
