This position starts at $19.30 per hour, with the expected base rate between $19.50 and $20.50 per hour depending on experience, skills, and location. The role also includes overtime compensation, shift differential, and freezer differential.
The schedule is Sunday through Thursday from 9:30pm to 6am, working daily in Dry, Cooler (37 F), and Freezer (-3 F) areas with provided freezer suits.
Previous custodial experience is preferred, along with high school education or GED. Key skills include ability to read/write legibly, follow orders, basic math, work with little supervision, and operate equipment like pallet jacks, sweepers, floor scrubbers, and trash compactors.
