Responsibilities

  • Monitor and inspect incoming goods, verifying compliance with quality standards, specifications, and documentation (e.g., invoices, purchase orders) to ensure accuracy in quantity, condition, and labeling
  • Conduct regular audits of warehouse storage areas, checking for proper handling, storage conditions (e.g., temperature, humidity), and adherence to safety and hygiene protocols
  • Inspect outgoing shipments to confirm product integrity, correct packaging, and accurate labeling, minimizing the risk of defects or errors during delivery
  • Develop and implement quality control checklists and procedures to standardize inspection processes across receiving, storage, and shipping operations
  • Track and analyze quality-related data (e.g., defect rates, non-conformities, customer complaints) to identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with warehouse teams, suppliers, and logistics partners to resolve quality issues, implement corrective actions, and prevent recurrence
  • Maintain detailed records of inspections, test results, and corrective measures, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
  • Train warehouse staff on quality control procedures, emphasizing the importance of accuracy and adherence to standards in daily operations
