Requirements

  • Completion of G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L), G.C.E. Ordinary Level (O/L), or a relevant Diploma
  • Proven experience in warehouse management or a certificate in storekeeping management
  • Experience in handling powered industrial trucks
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems, particularly SAP
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in warehouse, with a demonstrated track record of achieving results

Responsibilities

  • Safely unload, load, and transport materials within the facility. Ensure that only clean and properly labeled materials are issued to production
  • Operate material handling equipment BT Stacker safely to ensure both safety and compliance with operating procedures
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement projects for departmental systems and processes
  • Ensure prompt and accurate data entry for the receipt, inspection, and issuance of raw and packaging materials. Maintain timely dispatch of all receipts and issuing transactions
  • Control and coordinate the availability of raw and packaging materials to manufacturing operations, ensuring strict adherence to the first-expiry, first-out principle and effective inventory control
  • Ensure real-time posting of all stock transactions in the system to reflect true inventory balances
  • Responsible for the receipt, administration, control, and management of inventory for raw and packaging materials to ensure proper storage and handling of goods. Manage all warehouse issues and provide input to all data relating to items purchased and used by the company
