  • PDS e DPS or equivalent experience (Production and Packaging)

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Supply Chain to streamline shipment/arrival scheduling and optimize daily receiving and shipping activities
  • Move materials (Raw Materials, Products, Samples) during receiving/shipping and picking/placement in Warehouse locations (ambient or controlled temperatures)
  • Acquire all necessary documentation and information for incoming and outgoing materials/products/samples
  • Complete the entire documentation package for receiving/shipping transactions
  • Enter Goods Receipt Notes for incoming materials into the system
  • Dispatch materials, products, or samples following protocols
  • Report forklift operation issues to the supervisor
  • Notify technical services of freezer/cold room irregularities
  • Assist in internal material/product movement between Warehouses
  • Request and send materials to/from external warehouses with documentation
  • Perform Picking activities and batch division upon request
  • Support daily report verification (temperature, humidity, etc.)
  • Apply general site, safety, Quality, and Warehouse procedures
  • Provide feedback for drafting reports to supervise critical metrics
  • Identify and implement operational simplifications
  • Supervise and classify waste and obstructed materials
  • Perform physical count activities for inventories
  • Accurately carry out SAP and PMX transactions
  • Ensure personal and others' safety, protect the environment, and follow company guidelines (EHS duties)
