Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of work experience in manufacturing or warehouse environment
  • Must have experience in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word specifically)
  • Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 50lbs

Responsibilities

  • Engage in warehouse and stock management: keep stock in order and in proper locations, ensure all materials are labeled properly, participate in daily stock counts, solve SAP related issues with production orders, Purchase Order receipts or shipments, follow up with dynamic kanban articles, and support general manufacturing operations
  • Pick production orders: collect goods in the warehouse according to a pick list/order list, place on assigned cart using hand scanner to remove material from SAP stock, guarantee correct documentation of each picking order
  • Replenish stock of the cleanroom (Kanban), provide supplies of goods for cleanroom equipment, and answer messages from production
  • Receive return materials from production, verify material labels, and scan them to correct storage locations
  • Receive all goods (raw materials, packaging supplies, equipment, etc.) from suppliers: unload trucks according to planning and safety regulations, verify quality and quantity against purchase orders/packing slips, label all materials properly, process delivery documentation, process rejected materials
  • Ship finished products: collect goods in warehouse using pick list, pack goods and scan them, stage for shipping/dispatch, load trucks according to planning and safety regulations, process all shipment documentation
