Requirements

Ability to work a full time schedule during day or night shift with varying schedules
Able to complete physical work and lift up to 25 lbs., and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
Able to consistently lift up to 50 lbs. through a full shift for heavy-lifter roles
Able to on average stand/walk 8 hours at a time with additional movements such as pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and/or reaching
Able to work in a facility with various allergens, including nuts
A strong sense of urgency to complete work in a timely manner
Extremely detail-oriented
Excellent work ethic, always on time, and very reliable
Able to communicate respectfully, effectively, and professionally with peers and managers
High school diploma or equivalent, or 2+ years’ experience in a warehouse or food production environment

Responsibilities

Fill products in production areas using tools such as scoops and scales
Pick, pack, and/or ship customer orders using scanners, computers, or printers
Maintain good housekeeping in work areas
Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) within a food production environment
Operate equipment as necessary, or in accordance with heavy lifter roles
Other duties as assigned
