Responsibilities

Accurately process inventory receipts, ensuring compliance with purchase orders and quality standards. Work with SAP and ERP software
Safely manage blood bags, viral vectors, and other materials, following strict protocols for repacking and labeling
Operate with materials stored at cryogenic temperatures (LN2, dry ice) using PPE and strict safety procedures
Maintain detailed logs to meet GMP and GDP standards in a pharmaceutical environment
Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth production and timely material delivery
Wear dedicated protective gear and maintain cleanliness per strict protocols
Engage in ongoing training and help refine SOPs, Work Instructions, and training materials
Assist with procurement, maintaining records and resolving issues efficiently
