Have not completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or Disney College Program
Able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship (fully available 9am – 6pm PST, 40 hours/week)
Able to provide own housing in the Burbank, CA area
Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work
Responsibilities
Assist with special projects tied to WDAS’s participation at D23
Coordinate and execute Marketing and PR plans for the upcoming DVD release, WDAS Shorts Compilation
Work on Marketing and PR initiatives for all films including tent-pole theatrical releases
Update department documents, develop talent confirmation letters, and organize shared server folders
Attend weekly team meetings, Integrated Planning meetings, company partner meetings, and other relevant meetings
