Requirements
- Experience in landscaping, agriculture, lawn care, general maintenance, or a related field
- Ability to enjoy working outside in extreme weather conditions (heat/cold) and perform physical labor
- Experience operating and maintaining pressure washing equipment
- Experience with irrigation systems, including installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair
- For DOT Operators: 21 years of age or older; valid state-issued driver’s license; ability to operate combination motor vehicle (10,001 lbs - 26,000 lbs)
- For Lead Technicians: Expertise in commercial landscape management and exterior building/grounds maintenance
Responsibilities
- Maintaining landscapes through mowing, trimming, pruning, and fertilizing
- Performing grounds maintenance on parking lots, irrigation systems, exterior buildings, and surrounding areas
- Operating and maintaining pressure washing equipment
- Maintaining and repairing irrigation systems
- For DOT Operators: Operating combination motor vehicles and traveling to multiple locations
- For Lead Technicians: Leading a team of exterior service technicians, ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction
