Requirements

Candidates should possess 12+ years of experience in accounting and/or finance, with a preference for the tech industry, and 8+ years of experience leading distributed and preferably global teams. Strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential, along with expert knowledge of Microsoft products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and database applications, and extensive M&A experience.

Responsibilities

As the VP of FP&A, the individual will lead the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) process, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, mentor and scale the FP&A and data analytics teams, develop internal financial reporting, foster strong relationships with business leaders, provide financial modeling and analytical support for strategic initiatives, handle cross-functional business initiatives, and be responsible for operational metric review across the business.
