Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive evaluations to gauge clients' aptitudes, interests, values, and transferable skills while identifying areas for enhancement
Liaise with employment specialists, job developers, and HR managers to synchronize efforts and broker deals furthering clients' career objectives
Identify job vacancies that match clients' profiles and assist with applications, interviews, and necessary arrangements for success
Advocate for reasonable workplace accommodations that consider functional limitations and remove barriers for clients
Provide ongoing training through workshops and courses while keeping abreast of industry trends and acquiring new competencies
Instruct clients in essential soft skills including communication, time management, teamwork, and leadership
Equip clients with rudimentary computer skills and optimize their technology use for effective job searching
Coach clients in financial planning, including budgeting, savings, and retirement provisioning
Educate clients on wellness maintenance, covering topics such as stress management and healthy lifestyle choices
