Requirements

  • Strong understanding of the operational concepts of vision systems for inspecting pharmaceutical products
  • Good level of English
  • Knowledge of cGMP standards

  • Considerable professional background in the realm of vision systems and automated inspection machinery (Seidenader/Optrel/Innoscan/SEA Vision)

Responsibilities

  • Support in communicating with the customer for the introduction and improvement of vision recipes
  • Collaborate with the team in creation and fine tuning vision recipes for automatic inspection machines and other vision systems, either independently or with vendor support
  • Interact with other departments to manage changes to vision recipes to ensure continuous improvement and reduce false rejects rate
  • Ensure the accurate functioning of automatic vision systems through collaboration with the internal team of specialists, with particular attention to newly introduced recipes
  • Investigate over-performance and defects, collaborating with company departments and vendors, following quality standards and regulations
  • Perform functional tests and prepare technical reports to support deviations, change control, optimizations, new processes, etc
  • Collaborate with suppliers of automated inspection machines and other vision systems present in the company when on-site and remote support/intervention is necessary
  • Assist the manager in engaging with customers regarding new projects, regular alignment meetings, or challenges faced during production
  • Assist the manager in carrying out inspections by clients and Regulatory Bodies
