Responsibilities

  • Accessing camera systems
  • Downloading video
  • Uploading video to shared site for internal Asset Protection and Legal Departments, and outside Law Enforcement Agencies
  • Maintain partnership with internal Asset Protection, Legal, and Risk Management Departments
  • Maintain report/database of all requests and pulled video
  • Managing multiple email boxes
  • Administrative duties, such as filing, sorting, etc
  • Special projects and other duties as assigned by manager
  • Identify, save, and secure video
  • Regularly interact with Family Dollar Investigations and Legal Teams, and outside Law Enforcement Agencies, to receive video capture and evidence requests
