Responsibilities

Own End-to-End Production: Concept, script, produce, and edit video content across campaigns, explainers, and executive interviews
Work with marketing to define content goals, storylines, hero messages and go to market strategy, then ensure brand identity is maintained through shooting, editing, design and distribution
Manage live, recorded, educational, brand, full-length and clipped content
Define the LayerZero Motion Identity: Establish the brand’s visual language in motion — pacing, tone, and storytelling style
Collaborate with design and creative teams to maintain consistency across all video touchpoints including owned and partner-lead
Set direction and manage resourcing for in-house video across personal brands, main account, All Hands, and any other video touchpoints
Scale Content and Systems: Build workflows and templates for efficient, repeatable video production
Manage archives and asset libraries for reuse and cross-channel distribution
Ensure we get the most out of each video asset we create
Measure Impact: Use engagement metrics and feedback loops to guide continuous improvement
Test new formats and approaches to keep the content fresh, insightful, and relevant
