Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience editing video content for tech companies, marketing agencies, or in-house teams
  • Expertise in performance video editing, with a strong portfolio of direct-response and brand ads designed for Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other paid channels—balancing conversion-focused storytelling with the polish expected from a design-forward brand
  • Skilled in capturing and editing screen recordings to showcase product functionality clearly and accurately
  • Proficiency in motion graphics, with the ability to animate UI, typography, and branded elements
  • Strong marketing sensibility—you understand what makes people click, engage, and convert, and can shape content accordingly
  • Collaborative and organized, with the ability to communicate clearly, manage feedback rounds, and keep projects on track
  • Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
  • Availability for a 3-month contract term (potential to extend), up to 40 hours/week, with 2-3 in-office days in San Francisco office

Responsibilities
