Requirements

  • Serve as a thought leader and visionary in advancing organizational capabilities and effectiveness
  • Provide strategic leadership for all aspects of HR management
  • Act as senior advisor, counsel, and confidant to the President and advisor to executive management on human resources
  • Assist in planning and developing organizational alignment, structures, architecture, and support systems for growth

Responsibilities

  • Lead organization and talent development efforts to meet strategic and annual business objectives, including coordination and implementation of processes, policies, and programs for talent acquisition, organizational development, talent development, associate engagement, immersion/on-boarding, succession planning, retention, management training, associate compensation and wellbeing, and internal communications
  • Develop a strong associate engagement program facilitating open communication with leadership, advancement of the associate value proposition, and education on contributions to enterprise-wide goals
  • Direct development and deployment of associate performance management and development objectives
  • Develop and implement a long-term, integrated talent strategy to ensure talent at all levels for aggressive growth
  • Support the global people agenda by acquiring, developing, engaging, and retaining exceptional talent to drive long-term performance and results
  • Embed talent development and management as core business processes throughout the organization
  • Strengthen HR-related compliance processes, advocate for ethics and compliance, drive education, process improvements, audits, and investigations
  • Partner with business leaders to drive organization capability, performance, and sustainable long-term organic and inorganic growth
  • Develop HR programs and identify key HR metrics to analyze and solve business problems impacting organizational effectiveness (improve productivity, reduce cost, increase retention/engagement, increase profitability)
  • Champion company values and culture to attract, engage, and retain a high-performance team
  • Lead the internal communications strategy for the company
  • Manage key HR KPIs/metrics (talent acquisition, engagement, development, retention, etc.)
  • Lead the Engagement Survey process including actions to improve associate engagement
  • Advocate for associates when leaders make business decisions impacting associates
  • Lead the organizational review process evaluating structure, competency, knowledge, and talent gaps, and develop strategies to fill gaps
  • Drive a talent acquisition and management strategy integrating succession-planning for key contributor and management positions
  • Develop and manage a comprehensive total rewards strategy for talent attraction and retention while managing costs
  • Develop and lead programs for associate development and leadership
  • Manage a global team of HR professionals providing day-to-day support and strategic guidance
