Responsibilities

Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets
Maintain a commitment to the company’s sales processes, values, and business ethics
Handle customer merchandise returns and exchanges appropriately
Bag and personally transport each bag to the checkout counter for the customer
Assist with product placement and adhere to marketing and visual merchandising standards
Label, tag, or price merchandise
Communicate professionally with customers, answering questions and highlighting product features and benefits
Comply with all company policies and procedures
Complete store recovery procedures at the end of the shift and prepare the store for the next day
Clean shelves, counters, tables, and the store in general
