Requirements
- Secundaria Completa (Complete Secondary Education)
- Minimum 6 months experience in sales or customer service
- Availability to work 19 rotating hours per week, Monday to Sunday
Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales goals
- Maintain commitment to the company's sales processes, values, and business ethics code
- Recover or receive merchandise for customers appropriately and accurately
- Wrap or bag customer merchandise and personally carry each bag to the counter to hand it to the customer
- Assist with correct product placement and properly execute marketing and visual presentation standards and guidelines
- Label, mark, or price merchandise
- Communicate professionally and interact with customers by answering questions and sharing product features and benefits
- Comply with policies and procedures at all times
- Complete store recovery during the shift and at closing to prepare it for the next day
- Clean shelves, counters, tables, floors, and the store in general
