BA in Design, Communication Design, Information Design, Interaction Design, or design-related field. Continued education in UX/UI design-related programs accepted
3+ years of professional experience in web design, interactive design, and/or information architecture
A portfolio demonstrating strong visual and graphic skills via intuitive, engaging, and informative UI design
Proficiency in conducting various research methods such as competitive/comparative analyses, user surveys, user interviews, usability tests, and A/B testing (desirable)
Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and prototyping tools
Fluency in the latest web standards and web technologies
Experience working on B2B SaaS platforms preferred. Experience working in Adtech or Martech, especially working on customer-focused UIs, is preferred
Responsibilities
Lead UX/UI efforts across all product phases—discovery, concept, and production—by gathering requirements, conducting market research, and creating user flows, site maps, and mockups using tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
Translate insights into high-fidelity platform designs, unifying usability needs, brand vision, UI components, and backend requirements; present concepts to stakeholders and collaborate closely with engineers to validate feasibility
Deliver production-ready assets, including annotated wireframes for development handoff, and conduct design audits to ensure a high-quality user experience throughout implementation
Drive continuous improvement, identifying enhancements within existing systems to optimize usability, interaction design, and overall platform quality
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers during all development stages—participating in sprint planning, user story creation, QA reviews, and final product testing
