Responsibilities

Perform general maintenance and cleaning duties across all club areas (sales floor, offices, restrooms, outdoor grounds, parking lot)
Gather and return carts/flatbeds from parking lot to club entrance; ensure carts are well-stocked at entrance
Remove trash/debris from parking lot, cart corrals, and club exterior
Maintain high standards of safety and sanitation for members and team members
Provide members with prompt, courteous service and assistance
Deliver service excellence, resolve/deescalate member concerns, ensure safe/positive environment
Commit to GOLD Member Standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate) and club standards (fast, friendly, full, fresh, clean; grand opening look daily)
Support flawless execution, accountability, innovation, adaptation; work as team to achieve goals
