Requirements
- Licensed for low voltage work (implied by job title)
- Ability to set up and configure low voltage systems (e.g., security systems, fire alarms, CCTV, audio/video systems, network cabling)
- Proficiency in running, terminating, and labeling cables according to project requirements and industry standards

Responsibilities
- Assist in the operation of multiple facilities and perform additional assigned duties
- Set up and configure various low voltage systems
- Run, terminate, and label cables according to project requirements and industry standards
- Perform regular maintenance checks to ensure system functionality and reliability
- Identify and resolve issues in low voltage systems promptly to minimize downtimes; fix faults or damages
- Provide technical support, training, and assistance to end users on system operation and maintenance
- Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally and efficiently
- Ensure all installations and repairs adhere to local, state, and federal regulations
- Follow all safety guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of installations, maintenance, and repairs; generate reports on system performance, issues resolved, and maintenance activities
- Evaluate existing systems for upgrades or enhancements and perform system upgrades
- Work closely with technicians, engineers, and project managers for successful project completion
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand needs and provide solutions
- Stay abreast of latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices
- Lead and participate in teams by sharing resources, coordinating work, providing feedback, and adapting to change
- Develop, communicate, and implement processes to meet business needs through collaboration and monitoring
- Demonstrate, promote, and support compliance with company policies, procedures, ethics, and integrity
