Responsibilities

  • Assist in the operation of multiple facilities and perform additional assigned duties
  • Set up and configure various low voltage systems
  • Run, terminate, and label cables according to project requirements and industry standards
  • Perform regular maintenance checks to ensure system functionality and reliability
  • Identify and resolve issues in low voltage systems promptly to minimize downtimes; fix faults or damages
  • Provide technical support, training, and assistance to end users on system operation and maintenance
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally and efficiently
  • Ensure all installations and repairs adhere to local, state, and federal regulations
  • Follow all safety guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of installations, maintenance, and repairs; generate reports on system performance, issues resolved, and maintenance activities
  • Evaluate existing systems for upgrades or enhancements and perform system upgrades
  • Work closely with technicians, engineers, and project managers for successful project completion
