Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate associates on tools, tasks, and resources, track goods, maintain in-stock levels, and control shrinkage
  • Provide meat products to members by processing meat, ensuring compliance with food safety, sanitation, and inventory standards
  • Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; adapt to and encourage use of new tools
  • Drive business results by planning for profitability, maintaining work area per policies, ensuring quality for high-volume products, eliminating waste, securing merchandise, assisting members with purchases, and ensuring proper packaging, labeling, and storage
  • Act as a Talent Ambassador by advocating for the department, valuing member experience, modeling high-quality service, executing basics at highest quality, interacting with associates to understand roadblocks, and assisting in training
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity using the Open Door Policy
  • Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources; identify priorities, communicate progress, and recommend improvements
  • Embrace differences, create a culture of belonging, build team relationships, mentor others, recognize contributions
