- In-depth knowledge of various types and seasonality of different meat products, equipment usage, and backroom operations
- Ability to process meat according to specifications (e.g., cutting, slicing, grinding, and wrapping)

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate associates on tools, tasks, and resources, track goods, maintain in-stock levels, and control shrinkage
- Provide meat products to members by processing meat, ensuring compliance with food safety, sanitation, and inventory standards
- Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; adapt to new tools and encourage others to use them
- Drive business results by planning for profitability, maintaining work area per policies, ensuring quality for high-volume products, eliminating waste, securing merchandise, assisting members with purchases, and ensuring proper packaging, labeling, and storage
- Act as a Talent Ambassador by advocating for the department/club, valuing member experience, modeling high-quality service/products, executing basics at highest quality, interacting with associates to understand roadblocks, and assisting in training
- Comply with company policies, procedures, ethics, and integrity using action plans and Open Door Policy
- Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources; identify priorities, communicate progress, recommend improvements
- Embrace differences, create inclusive culture, build team relationships, communicate positively, mentor/develop others, recognize contributions
