Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate associates on tools/tasks/resources, communicate effectively, develop interpersonal skills for customer service, be flexible to business needs, track goods, maintain in-stock levels, and control shrinkage
  • Provide meat products to members by processing meat (cutting, slicing, grinding, wrapping), ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and inventory management, operate/maintain/sanitize equipment
  • Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve shopping experience, elevate associate engagement, use handheld technology for immediate decisions on production/training/product quality
  • Drive business results, commit to operational excellence, plan for profitability, maintain work area per policies, ensure quality/standards for high-volume meat products, eliminate waste, secure fragile/high-shrink merchandise, assist members with purchases, ensure proper packaging/labeling/storage
  • Act as advocate for department/club, value member's experience, model high-quality service/products, execute basics at highest quality level, interact with associates to understand roadblocks and assist/train them on duties
  • Comply with company policies/procedures/ethics by implementing action plans, using Open Door Policy, applying in business processes
  • Complete work assignments/priorities using policies/data/resources, collaborate with managers/co-workers/customers/partners, identify priorities/deadlines/expectations, carry out tasks, communicate progress, recommend improvements, adapt to change/feedback
