- Advocate for the department/club, value member experience, and execute basics at highest quality level
- Train associates on job-related duties and assist with roadblocks
- Comply with company policies, procedures, ethics, and integrity standards; use Open Door Policy
- Complete work assignments/priorities using policies/data/resources, collaborate with stakeholders, identify improvements, and adapt to change
